I am a highly motivated first year BSc Actuarial Science student at LSE on track for a 1st classification due to being a hard-working and enthusiastic individual. This has resulted in me gaining experience in working in various busy office environment including tuition centres and gaining the relevant experience to efficiently teach and help students for the maximum amount of benefit.
I have tutored 11 plus and GCSE students at a small tuition centre in Basildon as well as run my own class in the local Sunday school. This experience has given me the skills to communicate effectively with students in a calm manner in order to bring out their full potential.
I am a firm believer in practice makes perfect and as such as such after ensuring my student has grasped the concept and knowledge I always make sure to challenge them with various questions I have created and/or found in order to firmly embed the relevant skill in their mind.
