I am a Post 16 maths coordinator in a sixth form college with over 34 years of teaching experience. I have taught in a number of secondary comprehensives throughout Norfolk since 1998, achieving excellent performance with my examination groups.

Tutoring Approach

I try to ensure learning mathematics is fun and enjoyable, and show how topics are relevant to real life. It's essential students understand the "why" not just 'how" to do it and my open question style help to deepen the understanding and build the confidence in the student.
