John has been tutoring my son since September and within just a few months we saw a vast improvement in his confidence and grades in GCSE maths. John is an excellent tutor who takes time to understand the areas of maths that my son needs extra support with and carefully plans each tutor session accordingly, often sending work sheets in advance of his lesson. He has built a good rapport with our son in a short space of time. We also receive regular emails reporting on our son’s progress which is valuable. I thoroughly recommend John

Since my son started having tutor sessions with John, his understanding of Maths has significantly improved and he is now more confident in tackling Maths questions. John is patient, kind, supportive and client centred in his approach, focusing on areas that my son has trouble with and ensuring he fully understands before moving on. My son really enjoys these sessions and always comments how helpful John has been every time. Following a U grade in his mock A’level and a real struggle to understand A’level maths, my son started weekly hour sessions with John in February.
