I am an experienced and dedicated Primary Education Tutor with over a decade of teaching experience. My career includes significant leadership as an Assistant Headteacher, where I helped shape the educational environment and strategies for student success. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of my students, and I believe that building their confidence and resilience is fundamental to their learning journey. Known for my friendly demeanour and ability to make learning enjoyable, I strive to create a supportive and engaging environment where children feel empowered to take on challenges and develop a love for learning.

Tutoring Approach

My teaching philosophy is centred around building children's confidence and resilience, which I believe are key to their success. My approach is student-centred, with personalized one-on-one sessions that address the unique needs and learning styles of each student. I offer targeted support for SATs preparation, including practice tests, strategy sessions, and confidence-building exercises. Additionally, I emphasise the development of critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective study habits alongside traditional curriculum content. My goal is to inspire confidence and a love for learning that will last a lifetime.
