> Experience with exam style marking and feedback; high competency preparing over 100 students to meet a range of scenarios across all the 4 papers students will sit in the Summer (Language 1&2, Literature 1&2).

My interest in teaching has also stemmed from my first hand experience in helping pupils learn. I have spent the past twelve months with Action Tutoring teaching English from Years 7 to 11. I have found personal reward and fostered progressive improvement in students through a systematic approach to planning lessons with calibrated challenges to enable pupils to achieve through their own unique approaches to learning.
