I am passionate about English teaching and also about inclusion within education for learners with dyslexia, dyspraxia, autism, ADHD and other neurodiversities. My hobbies are swimming and my guinea pigs!

Tutoring Experience

I have specialist knowledge of a wide range of neurodiversities and how best to support them through targeted interventions. I am a highly qualified and experienced dyslexia, dyspraxia and autistic spectrum tutor and mentor, currently employed by specialist agencies. My interventions give children and adults individualised and specialist support which has a profound effect on their progress. Such experience has given me a keen interest in supporting children and young people to access education.
I have previously provided support within university.

Tutoring Approach

Throughout my career, my drive is working for a ‘built-in’ model of inclusion, where every leaner’s needs are met within the curriculum. I work from a strengths and resilience perspective.
