I come from a dual French-British background and developed a passion for geopolitics, international relations, and political analysis during my time at Saint-Cyr, France’s most prestigious military academy. This experience shaped my interest in global affairs and strategic studies, leading me to pursue a First-Class degree in Politics and International Relations at the University of Bath, where I achieved top marks in both my coursework and dissertation. I am now completing my Master’s at the University of Edinburgh, specialising in the Global Politics of the Middle East while also learning Arabic. Being fluent in both French and English, I understand the nuances of different education systems and academic expectations.
Throughout my studies, I have tutored students in Politics, IR, and academic writing, helping them develop the skills needed to analyse complex political issues and write with clarity and precision. I also provided academic coaching for French students adapting to the British university system, supporting them in essay structuring, critical thinking, and argumentation. This experience has allowed me to refine my teaching methods to suit different learning styles, whether working with A-Level students or undergraduates.
I believe that mastering Politics and IR goes beyond memorising theories—it’s about learning how to think critically, construct strong arguments, and engage with complex geopolitical issues. My tutoring focuses on helping students develop analytical skills, write compelling essays, and approach political topics with confidence. I tailor each session to the student’s needs, whether it’s refining essay structure, improving research techniques, or deepening subject knowledge. My goal is not just to help students succeed academically but to equip them with the intellectual tools to engage meaningfully with global politics.
