Lara has been excellent at supporting my daughter to complete her A level second year Psychology privately. She has been setting tests, going through exam questions and giving productive feedback. She is great at communicating and always on time. Although exams are cancelled this year, we are confident that Lara will have helped my daughter to achieve the best grade that she is capable of.

Lara has been tutoring my daughter for the past month, helping her with year 12 A level Pyschology. This subject is new to my daughter and she’s finding it quite challenging, especially the more scientific elements of the course. With Lara’s help she’s now going back over past topics not properly understood, looking in particular at exam questions and how to write effective answers. Lara is also covering current topics to reinforce my daughter’s learning. Lara is very organised and has lots of online resources for my daughter to draw on. We are grateful for her help, especially during this difficult time of home schooling during lockdown. My daughter already seems much more positive and confident about the subject. Really good tutor! Only had Lara for a couple of weeks before my A level resits but she was extremely helpful. She taught me the whole of one topic pretty much and revised the majority of my course in this time, she allowed time for me to fully understand the topic at hand, if I was a little hesitant or had any questions she would stop and go through it again.

Lara helped my son get through his A'levels and really enjoyed the lessons which were well structured and interesting. As a result he is studying a psychology related degree at Bournemouth Uni and has his sights set on teaching. Would thoroughly recommend this tutor.
