Hi, I had booked an 8 block session with English Tutor - Laura to start Tuesday 22 Nov. Unfortunately Laura has not been able to make the first 2 agreed sessions - the first was due to accident with her car, the second we don’t know the reason. I have had no reply from her despite leaving emails and text messages. How should I proceed here- willing to give one more chance but having paid £200 for a tutor to help our daughter with her prelims and with Laura's good references, I had hoped for better?

My son found Laura very helpful, this is just the first lesson so I cannot comment much at the moment.

This is only our third visit and Sarah is settling in OK with Kate and starting to feel the benefit of one to one as she is sitting her prelims start of December .

Laura is a wonderful tutor and great ambassador for her subject.

Time keeping good. Contents and level are what I want to do. Her explanation is clear. She try to do best. I think she is best.

Laura has recently started to provide tuition for our twins who are presently in 4th year, working toward their National 5 English qualification. She is very professional, friendly, punctual and our children look forward to their sessions with her. They are finding her teaching methods helpful and we look forward to successful outcomes.
