I am a fully qualified teacher with 15 years' experience in Kent secondary schools where I have taught primarily Philosophy and Ethics through to A level, but also English. I have recently become a mother and now I'm looking to tutor students privately.

I have taught students from KS2 to KS5, preparing them for examinations such as the Kent Test (11+), GCSEs and A Levels
Tutoring Approach
My approach to tutoring puts the student at the heart of each lesson. When taking on a new student I conduct a range of baseline assessments to ensure that right from the start all lessons are tailored specifically to the individual. I also like to get to know my students and their interests so I can make each session as engaging and personal as possible. I regularly request and encourage feedback from students so I can adapt my approach when needed.
