I have a passion for languages and cultures. I come from an international family myself. Italy, Spain and the UK are a big part of my life.
I love teaching and helping students use the language.
I am approachable and friendly, so students can ask any questions or doubts. I'm creative, enthusiastic and dedicated.
I have been teaching languages since 2005 in schools, language schools, University and also one to one, both in Spain and the UK.
I have taught children, teenagers and adults throughout the years, but I mostly teach adults now.
I first started teaching English as a foreign language in 2005 (from Beginners to Advanced levels, Trinity exam preparation, Academic and Business English).
I have been teaching Italian (Beginners to Intermediate level) since 2017.
I regularly ask my students what they expect from the lessons and what they need to work on, trying to prepare the lessons depending on their interests and needs.
My lessons are student centred, communicative and participative, I believe using the language is the key to learn it.
We practise the different skills: listening, reading, writing and speaking, as well as the grammar and new vocabulary. We also speak about culture, as I believe language and culture go hand in hand.
