I am teaching economics, and maths for economics full-time in a Russell Group University in London, but I also take up private tutoring during my out-of-office hours. I also have also taught, as full-time university teacher and as private tutor, finance, accounting, business management, and commercial law. I won two teaching awards in 2013 and 2016, and was recently nominated again in 2023 and 2024.
13-year award-winning experience in university teaching, in economics, finance, accounting, business, and commercial law. Graduated with MSc in Economics and Finance (Distinction) from King's College London, I have also three other master's degrees in Accounting, Commercial Law (from Australia), and Business Administration (from Hong Kong).
I explain complex concepts in the language which the students understand - or I usually joke, in a 'human-understandable' language.
I studied across various disciplines, and know the languages used in different disciplines, and understand how people of different academic background understand concepts. I moved from one discipline to another, and unlike those who are always in one single discipline, I know how to speak to people of different academic background and level of background knowledge.
I taught law to accountants, taught economics to lawyers, and taught maths to economics students, and they all found my teaching "easy to follow" and "helpful". You cannot be worse than a lawyer learning economics, can you?
