Took time to understand where my son was and what he needed to improve.
He worked well as a mentor more than a formal teacher, building confidence for the vital a levels.
Reliable and always on time.

Liam tutored both my son and daughter for their A Level Maths exams. He was always punctual, reliable and happy to provide additional work and mark completed work between sessions. My son and daughter would both say that he was always patient, never stepping in too soon if particular questions were challenging but giving clear and complete explanations when needed. I would thoroughly recommend.

My son is in Year 9 and already after few lessons is enjoying his learning time with Liam. It is expensive and we are not sure for how long we can afford him, but it is worth it!

Liam was focused, friendly and very effective at getting my 17 year old son ready for the Oxford Physics Admissions test. He gave him tasks to prepare between sessions and also offered to mark these before the session in order to make the most of the time available. My son hadn’t covered much of the material at school and Liam was able to get him up to speed on new, and complicated concepts as well as refreshing his skills on other things. I won’t hesitate to use Liam again.

Liam has been coming to help my daughter with A-level maths for 3 weeks. Liam is polite, flexible on timing, and punctual. He prepares problems in advance of each session. He also sets my daughter homework or a practice paper which he then marks and then goes through the problems she needs additional help with in the following session. We are really happy with our choice of tutor and I would recommend Liam to anyone needing a maths tutor with a calm and effective manner.

So far so good! I tasked Liam with trying to assist my daughter (who has several gaps) in readying her for her GCSE maths. Liam is punctual, issues follow on homework and comes to our house for fuel fees. My daughter isn't ready for her GCSE yet, but she has a greater understanding of topics covered to date. Hopefully, she will continue making progress and be successful with her GCSE. I will post an update on her progress in due course.

My son was happy with the A level physics tuition he had for a month with Liam. However, Liam is now moving out of London which is not good for continuity of learning and now I have to find another tutor which is disruptive for my son.
