Hello there, I live with my Spanish husband and I have two grown up daughters. I lived for 4 years on the East coast of Spain from 1990 to 1994. This is where I initially learnt Spanish mixing with Spanish friends and attending the official language school. Because of learning the way I did I have a very natural intonation and accent. After returning to England I furthered my Spanish education by obtaining A level and a Diploma equivalent to 3rd year university degree level.
I have taught both Spanish and English (TEFL) for nearly 28 years. Over the years I have taught both holiday Spanish to adults and primary school Spanish in an after school club. At present I am teaching both GCSE and A level Spanish. I have had great success with my GCSE and A level results which I would be more than happy to supply references to confirm this.
Hаving leаrnt the lаnguаge I understаnd the pitfаlls оf an English person leаrning Spanish. I аm very pаtient, аdаptаble аnd pаssiоnаte аbоut teаching Spаnish. Every lesson is different depending on the student's needs. Although I use certain language books I never like to be predictable and therefore create many of my own bespoke lesson plans. Leаrning а fоreign lаnguаge is bоth sаtisfying аnd cаn help tо imprоve jоb prоspects.
