My daughter really enjoyed her first zoom meeting with laurie excellent tutor

I am so delighted to have found Lizzie. She has an enviable calm persona combined with such a warm, friendly and positive approach that my son really enjoys his English sessions with her. She always comes to each session well prepared. She works hard to tailor the sessions to focus on my son's needs and has provided regular and helpful feedback about his learning, progress, including how we can support him. I really couldn't rate her highly enough.

Lizzie has adapted well to the current isolation situation. She has assessed my daughter's needs and I look forward to working with her over the next few months.

I found Lizzie very helpful for my daughter while she was struggling with her English language exam. My daughter then passed both English exams and was able to use what she learnt with Lizzie to get an A in media studies. I would definitely recommend her to friends and thank her for all her help.

Our son enjoys going to Lizzie, who seems to have a good understanding of his areas of difficulty and knows how to help him effectively. Very happy so far.

The fact that Lizzie is so young is perfect for my daughter on two counts:
1 - The two girls can naturally engage easily as they are only three years apart. My daughter would probably be a little hostile to an older teacher as a tutor.
2 - Lizzie has studied the same texts and courses so recently and excelled in her exams - she is therefore a natural inspiration to my daughter.
