My son is 9 years old and has been preparing for 10+ and 11+ exams since October with Louisa. He has made a great progress in both English and Maths in a very short period of time ! For me as a mom and someone that works a lot with my son was also important that Louisa and I communicate well .She has been absolutely amazing .She gives him work to polish the areas he needs to work on more and explains everything very clearly ,giving useful tips and very good materials for us to work on .Can not be more pleased with how my son has been progressing with his studies

Highly recommended, result driven, maths tutor.

Louisa helped my daughter (year 9) to reach required math level needed for Computing. Louisa is highly knowledgable on subjects for different grades/years and we used her for guidance, revisions, exam preperation.

Louisa is very punctual, prepared, firm but fair and took into account the needs and limits of my daughter.

I believe the most important thing Louisa helped my daughter with is getting the confidence that she can reach anything she put her mind to.

Again highly recommended, I am still using her services.

Louisa has been teaching my 8-yr-old son Ethan since the start of the school year. Being diagnosed with ASD during his early years, his comprehension has always been a struggle. Last school year, his teacher said that he has fallen behind the expected target.
It was the best decision to hire Louisa as his tutor. Louisa has a very good teaching technique, she keeps Ethan very engaged and focused during their online lessons. I also see that Ethan enjoys every class and makes sure he didnt miss any of them.

Louisa is a truly dedicated and caring tutor, and my girl is lucky to have been under her tutelage. With her guidance, my daughter has shown marked improvement in her writing and comprehension skills.

She cares for her pupils and I observed this, through the extra effort she puts in, and the extra mile she goes to assess, understand, and work with my daughter to improve in the topics she was weaker at.

Louisa is proactive and keeps me engaged with my girl’s progress and her teaching plan. Nothing is ever too difficult for Louisa and I am both thankful and grateful to her for guiding my daughter.

My son enjoyed learning with her. Online class was not an engaging option during lockdown however when I found Louisa I could see my son engaged with her well. She has provided good material according to challenge level I was expecting. Louisa took on board the feedback immediately. She has a good experience which she shares openly. Her techniques are well tested and she reinforces them regularly.

When we met Ms Loisa, our daughter was way behind than avarage at her school and her peers. Ms Loisa not only improved her at school but also prepared her for the 11+ exams. Lara now feels very confident with her math. She even started getting compliments and certificates from her class teacher in a very short time. Her progress is very visible in such a short time. Ms Loisa taught Lara math with her creative techniques. Even if she gets into the secondary school she is willing to go, we as parents are willing to keep in touch with Ms Louisa and get her support to keep Lara at the same level with her peers. My child will be taking the Slough and Bucks grammar tests this coming September 2019. I was in urgent need of finding a reliable and experienced tutor. I was recommended to look into first tutors by another tutor. I was particularly keen on Louisa's profile aswell as the great feedback she has been receiving. My child was struggling with maths and with Louisa's help I have seen a great improvement in such a short space of time. My child is very happy with Louisa and tells me after each lesson she learns something new. Louisa is a fantastic tutor. We tried other tutors without substantial results. She helped my son to achieve in a short period of time high scores on his 11+ , SATs and CATs exams: Maths, English, Verbal, Non-verbal and CATs exams. In Maths and English, she tutored him up to level 6 (out of max 9 levels they have to achieve in their GCSE in year 11). She is very structured and teachers with much ease. I am happy to recommend Louisa as an excellent tutor. She is enthusiastic, knowledge and understands how to teach in a way that the child can understand. Louisa has been tutoring my two sons (ages 12 and 13), separately, for two months now. Both are working towards GCSE. She 'knows' mathematics and she understands the child - this is a powerful combination. I encourage my sons to be as open with Louisa as possible and what I most love about her approach is how she listens to them and anticipates how they need to tackle a problem in order to solve it. Louisa is an excellent teacher with great skills and lots of patience,she is currently teaching my 10yr old girl and she is making amazing progress in the class.

My son has been working 1-1 with Louisa since March and has come on leaps and bounds in both his ability and confidence in all areas of 11+ study. Louisa has been tutoring my daughter for the 11+ exams since Dec 2015. I highly recommend Louisa, she is not only friendly but very efficient on her teachings. My daughter was struggling a lot with 11+ maths, she was on a lower maths set at her school and lacked confidence. Things were beginning to worsen further as she was literally at a stage where she began to hate the subject. Louisa’s patient approach and calm demeanor truly helped her and I have seen an exponential growth in my daughter’s maths skills. Within a few weeks of her tutoring, she moved up to a higher maths set and is now more confident on her abilities and now she really enjoys the subject.

Louisa has been working with my son now during his final year of GCSE. She has been extremely helpful to say the least. Louisa provides tutorials which maintain interest, motivational and focus on TARGET issues. Louisa inspires confidence in learning enabling my son to grasp concepts well. She has given him some great exam techniques for 11+ test and his confidence is growing each time he sees her. It's only few months now but I've seen improvement in my son's maths. She do fun learning and some games at the end of some lessons. But she is very fast and on time and don't west the time. Really teaches in all 60 minutes. When I met Louisa I had some materials so she uses mine, I'm looking forward to see she provides practice papers and material after they finished cause they are expensive to buy. She set homework which it's really helpful for his improvement.

Louisa is delightful. My daughter had been really struggling with her GCSE maths but Louisa has brought her on in leaps and bounds. My daughter's confidence during her school maths lessons has increased which has also given her the confidence to ask questions when she does not understand (which she has never done before). We are keeping our fingers crossed for her exam but I am sure with Louisa's help she will pass with flying colours this time. I cannot praise Louisa highly enough, she is patient, knowledgeable, and very friendly.

Louisa has only been tutoring my son for 3 months now but has managed to help him acheive a higher level and he can now take his Computer Science Course. Louisa has been an excellent tutor for my daugher.
