I am a recent Cardiff University BScEcon(Hons.) economics and business graduate, about to start a postgraduate degree. I have worked very hard to achieve A*A*AA at A-Level and a First Class Honours in my degree. I have a deep understanding of the theory, and am very confident in teaching it.
My teaching method revolves around placing abstract theory in the context of the real world. Once a student is comfortable with the theory, I tend to work on essays - learning to master the 25 mark essay questions. However, my teaching methodologies are flexible to cater to each students needs.
I have tutored a number of GCSE and A-Level students through their courses, with great success, over the past two years.
I have helped four students all the way through their A-Levels, and currently have six students full-time. I really enjoy tutoring, and have a high level of experience teaching the A-Levels, and GCSEs.
I love to identify gaps in a student's knowledge, fill those gaps, and then test with plenty of practice questions. I make sure that students have many opportunities to write essays early on, given the importance of essay writing skills for the exam (and for life!).
