Hi everyone! I’m an enthusiastic native speaker with a strong British accent. I appreciate different cultures and languages and understand how difficult it can be to learn a new language, having grown up in Singapore where I learnt how to speak Mandarin.

Through regular conversational practice and engaging reading and writing activities, I am committed to helping you improve your English so you can speak it wherever you are - whether that’s your local Starbucks or in a job interview.

Tutoring Experience

Since last year, I have led an informal language exchange with several Taiwanese students in London. I also have a year’s worth of experience in helping children read English, having volunteered to do so for a charity in Singapore.

Tutoring Approach

I have an interactive teaching style that will make you love learning English. Every lesson will feature conversational exchanges centred on topics ranging from daily life to your specific interests. Through speaking role play and engaging reading and writing activities, I will give you the vocabulary and confidence needed to speak fluently on any topic of interest to you - from travel to culture, politics and business.
