I am a massive sports fan, my favourite sports include football, American football and table tennis.
I am now entering my seventh year of teaching as a mathematics teacher. I currently work at St Thomas More where I am now second in department, having worked at Westcliff High School for Girls previously. In the 2018/19 academic year 6/7 of my year 11 tutees either hit or exceeded their target grade for maths. I have experience teaching KS3, KS4 and KS5. I also run the UKMT junior and intermediate maths challenge at my school.
I am very easy to get on with, a good listener and have excellent subject knowledge. These are traits which really help with my approach to tutoring, as this allows me to create a good rapport with my tutee and I am able to identify quickly where their strengths and weaknesses lie.
