I am currently a second year student studying computer science at Royal Holloway, University of London. I have always had a passion for learning and academics, this translates to teaching other people. I have achieved top grades in A level maths, further maths computer science and economics, all of which are subjects relating to the one I teach.

I am passionate about communication and debating, I have been an active member of my universities debating society where I have competed in international debating competitions and am currently on committee as the wellbeing officer which is a very people orientated role and relates well to the social element of tutoring.

Tutoring Experience

I have tutored A level maths online before, during this time I have built up knowledge of how to best teach and engage people interested in learning online. I have gotten straight As in my Maths, Economics and Computer Science a levels and a B in Further Maths and I have gotten a 9 in GCSE maths and a 7 in GCSE Further Maths.

Tutoring Approach

Lessons will all be 1 hour long with the content covered being arranged before the lesson, if you are unsure exactly what to focus on, I have many past papers and mixed practise questions we can go through.

My teaching method is to explain complex concepts in the simplest possible terms. During lessons we will focus on weak areas and exam technique mostly doing exam-style questions.
Concerning lessons we will have a short discussion beforehand about your approach to learning, the syllabus and any specific questions you may have.
