I have been teaching science for nearly 10 years and have taught at some of the highest achieving schools in the area where I have a track record of exceptional results at A-Level. My subject knowledge is highly regarded by students have regularly been sought out by students who I do not teach to help them with their studies.

Tutoring Experience

Nearly 10 years experience in Schools across Berkshire as a teacher and head of department. I have a Masters in Chemistry specialising in modelling of solid materials for lithium ion batteries and a PGCE from Oxford Brookes.

Tutoring Approach

I am a specialist in delivering tutoring programs that are built around regular practice and building strong foundations of subject knowledge. My expertise in spaced practice are based in years of refinement and implementation with students. This includes a professional qualification including a research project where I developed a set of resources that help students to develop the thinking skills required to access high level questions in the organic papers.
