I'm an experienced online tutor who can help your child improve their abilities in maths and English/reading from the comfort of your home. My goal is to elevate their performance in school, guiding them into higher ability streams and setting them up for success in secondary school and beyond. I am passionate about educating children and find great satisfaction in watching them transform from underachievers to confident high achievers.

Tutoring Experience

I have five years of experience tutoring children online, in addition to one year of in-school tutoring. Over this time, I have guided many long-term students from below-average reading and maths abilities to becoming high achievers, being placed in top sets within their classes.

Tutoring Approach

I focus on making learning enjoyable and engaging by building strong relationships with my students. Each lesson is tailored to their interests, with a customised curriculum for English and reading. For maths, I incorporate short "brain break" activities to keep them energised. To motivate and reward effort, I use "unlockables," ensuring that every student leaves the classroom feeling empowered and excited for the next session.
