I presently provide online maths tutoring for children from ages 6 to 16. I have a varied background, including earlier years teaching in schools, and later years in corporate life, so have many real-world examples to call upon when tutoring children with different needs and styles.

Tutoring Experience

I am a fully-qualified tutor, with enhanced DBS clearance. I presently own and run after-school tuition centres in Bishop's Stortford and Colchester, which cover maths and English tuition for children of all ages. I also provide one-to-one tuition for anyone looking to experience improvement in maths or English understanding, specialising in maths tuition up to and including Higher GCSE level.

Tutoring Approach

I have experience teaching children with a broad range of innate ability. I have taught and/or currently teach in schools, small tuition centres, one-to-one and also to adults in corporate settings, so I call upon my own different experiences to apply to each individual teaching. Everyone needs to gain confidence they can achieve what's in front of them, and that's what I concentrate on providing.
