I'm a qualified maths teacher and have been working in a secondary school for three years. I have a passion for the subject and am able to use this to create stimulating lessons.
I have a strong understanding of teaching maths to students. I am well-versed in various teaching methodologies, and have a deep understanding of the curriculum and exam requirements. This enables me to effectively support my students in achieving their academic goals. I am confident in my ability to help students improve their math skills and achieve success.
- Effectively tutored students of all abilities and backgrounds (including SEND).
- Tutored a range of courses: KS2, KS3, GCSE, A-Level, functional skills and Engineering Maths up to Undergraduate level.
- Currently a GCSE examiner for AQA.
I understand that maths can sometimes be challenging or even daunting for students. That's why I design personalised lessons that cater to each student's unique needs, making learning both engaging and stimulating. My goal isn't just to help students achieve the grades they need for university or college—it's also to help them discover the joy in maths and equip them with skills for life!
