Martin helped my son revise chemistry for the term exam. He found it really useful!

Excellent tutor - clear & concise, he breaks down complex concepts into more easily understandable pieces. Very good at going over current & past paper questions to highlight the correct language needed. Great guy easy to get along with.

I have already had lots of lessons with Martin. He has really helped me understand things which had confused me in college.

Martin is really a great teacher. My daughter had no confidence in Science and worried how the teacher would see her before the lesson. Martin’s caring and patience quickly built up the rapport between them and greatly improved her scores in her last term IGCSE Graded exams within 2 months. she got A* in her three science subjects. She described Martin as ‘a teacher I can rely on’! We will follow up with him for my daughter’s A level. Thank you so much Martin! My daughter was falling behind with her A-level Biology and losing her confidence. Martin tutored her for a few sessions and she was really starting to build her confidence and she came home from seeing him buzzing with enthusiasm. Unfortunately Covid 19 intervened and we stopped our sessions as her exams were cancelled but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin based on the difference he made in 5-6 weeks

Martin was an excellent teacher to me and my friend during our study of A level Biology. His way of teaching allowed us to improve significantly in the subject and he provided all the necessary materials we needed to practice exam style questions and improve our knowledge. Without our lessons with Martin, we wouldn’t have made the progress we needed in the run up to our exams. Unfortunately , our time with Martin was cut short due to the outbreak of Coronavirus, however he continued to provide us with support and guidance we needed. Highly recommended.

We came to Martin to help us with my daughter’s GCSE Chemistry which was a subject she was really struggling with before starting to work with him. Martin is an excellent and very experienced teacher who was very patient with her and really helped to build her confidence in subjects she had failed to understand before. Martin has been fantastic for my son. He took him through a great re-cap of the Chemistry GCSE course running through past exam papers. Martin coached our daughter throughout Year 11 in preparation for her Combined Sciences GCSE and we could not recommend him highly enough. He has a way of explaining material clearly and calmly so that topics she struggled with in the classroom and on her own made sense and were no longer intimidating to her. This had the knock-on effect of increasing her overall confidence in her abilities which has been invaluable.

Martin was excellent. Although we were only with Martin for a very short period Martin helped our daughter gain confidence in the subject again. Huge thanks.
