I am an experienced and fully qualified Maths Tutor.
As a Maths graduate I have a passion for the subject and for teaching. I work hard to get the best grades possible from every student. I offer online one to one tuition using a fully interactive whiteboard.
Tutoring Experience
I have taught GCSE Maths and Numeracy at colleges in West Yorkshire and have substantial experience of one-to-one tuition.
I have tutored many students who were predicted to fail GCSE maths by their school and have achieved 100% pass rate.
Tutoring Approach
Lack of confidence in Maths is a common theme with students, my aim is to build confidence in maths which will help to improve grades and also lead to handling numbers with more confidence in everyday life.
Tailoring lessons to each student's individual needs and weaknesses,I use a variety of teaching approaches to suit each student's preferred individual learning style.
My objective is to build up confidence and reduce anxieties around Maths
I work with students to adapt lessons to make sure they can achieve their full potential.
