My son Ben has recently started with Martyn and left the first lesson on a high, he was struggling with the whole media concept and coursework and has already started to gain confidence &, knowledge to improve.He feels comfortable with Marytn and is enjoying the sessions. I feel fortunate to have found such an excellent tutor in Martyn & plan for my son to continue on with him for his AS & A level media to attain the results he needs to go forward.

Martyn has been an astonishing help to over the past few months with my University application (as a mature student). He has helped me improve my UCAS personal statement dramatically and we carried out a number of mock interviews, which helped me prepare for the real thing. I am now the holder of a place at Reading University to study Pharmacy, which I feel wouldn't have been achievable without Martyns help and guidance. This man has a great passion for English and helping his students dreams become a reality.

Martyn tutored my daughter in Media Studies at AS level. After choosing Media for A level (and not having studied it at GCSE) my daughter had teething difficulties with the new media language and concepts. Martyn provided a sound understanding of media theory with very lively discussions around current soaps, programmes and advertising. He provided good advice for revision techniques, course work and always planned each session around my daughters needs. She ended up getting an A grade in her AS exam this year. I highly recommend Martyn as a tutor.
