I work as a university lecturer at Teesside University. I specialise in computer animation, visual effects programming and mathematics. I am currently writing a series of textbooks on special effects techniques.
I have more than 25 years teaching experience at University and became interested in maths tutoring after home tutoring my son in maths and science after illness forced him to miss years of school.
My approach is to tailor what I do to the needs of the student. I start by taking time to discuss what the student needs help with and concentrating the effort there. I prefer to design teaching material that best fits what the student needs rather than rely on stock material.
