Michael is an excellent Chemistry tutor. He is very intuitive and is able to find different ways to get across an idea so that the student fully understand. My daughter is doing second year A Levels and has had a few eureka moments with Michael on subjects that have been vaguely covered in college but not fully understood. We're so glad we found Michael who has managed to boost her confidence and knowledge.

Micheal has been helping my daughter with GCSE physics (due to poor school physics teacher) for most of this academic year, and more recently, maths. With his tutoring, her physics scores have gone from grade 6s to 8s/ 9s. In maths, Michael has helped her improve techniques for the hard questions at the end of the paper and this has moved her score results from 7s to 8s/9s. Michael is really helpful, enthusiastic and gets straight to work when the tutorials start. He is highly recommended, professional and very dedicated.

When my sons a level teacher left work 8 weeks before the exams Michael was able to support my son in the final stretch. Professional and supportive and guided him well.

Michael is helping my 16 year old son with Combined Science GCSE. He is an extremely good tutor, highly efficient, professional and helpful to deal with. My son found the lessons invaluable - they have improved his knowledge of the subject greatly and he enjoyed them too. We have now booked Michael for Maths too. I highly recommend.

Michael is an excellent tutor. He has helped me gain confidence in the subject as well as my abilities. Michael has also given great advice on how to achieve better grades and I am certainly seeing an improvement. I'm now even teaching my fellow students in study sessions. My son had never tried online tutoring before starting the sessions with Michael who is tutoring him in Chemistry and Physics (GCSE). Michael is extremely proficient and excellent at teaching Physics and Chemistry. I've had him teach my daughter who will be starting year 9 soon . He has just taught her for a couple of weeks and the improvement so noticeable. He's built her confidence.

Michael is providing online GCSE maths tuition for my son, Matthew. Matt had already got the hang of online tuition with other subject tutors found on this website, so he was very open to the idea for maths when I suggested it. The online medium is very effective and Matthew very much enjoys the sessions with Michael who is very personable, well organised and overall an excellent revision buddy/tutor. Michael has been an excellent tutor for Katie. She needed someone to reinforce what she had been taught at school and give her confidence moving forwards to taking her A2 in Chemistry this summer. I was unsure how online tutoring would work, but it has been brilliant. Time efficient, and very effective.

Mike has been a great help to my daugther who is improving in leaps and bounds. Mike is very patient and takes time to explain the concepts thoroughly. He is also very flexible in his approach. I have no qualms in recommending him to others.

Michael is very likeable, cheerful and conscientious. He also very fair and honest about payment arrangements. He has been able to cover all aspects of the 11+ examination with my 10 year old son and has been able to identify areas of weakness and strength. He has emailed me past papers and similar extra work for him to do and shows a keen interest in his progress. My son likes Michael and feels at ease with him. As he does not have transport he needs to be picked up and dropped off and prefers not to teach at his home. He has been flexible over when we want him to teach and we've given him some flexibility. I'm sure Michael is able to adapt to other age groups and I would recommend him.

Michael taught my son maths and english KS3 and is a really good teacher , always punctual and prepared. He never failed to cover everything needed in a lesson and went at an appropriate speed for my son.
He explained things really patiently and well, with lots of examples and made the subjects interesting, even brought his laptop to help!
I strongly recommend him, he is very friendly and my son felt reassured and encouraged.
