I am a French teacher with 35 years experience in a variety of schools. I have taught all years at secondary level including GCSE and A level. I let love my subject and really enjoy helping students gain confidence and achieve their potential.
I have taught for 8 years in comprehensive schools and for 19 years in a grammar school. I therefore have a very wide teaching experience. I have taught boys and girls from 11 to 18.
I start from where the student is, find out what they find difficult and then find strategies to tackle those difficulties in order to give them confidence. I prepare a range of activities which will interest the student as well as challenging them and increasing their knowledge and understanding.
