I am a highly experienced and knowledgeable A-Level and GCSE Maths teacher with a passion for making maths education enjoyable and engaging. As an Edexcel examiner and team leader with 14 years of experience, I have a deep understanding of the syllabus and exam requirements, allowing me to prepare my students for exam success.

With over 18 years of experience as a private tutor, I offer a personalized approach to learning that is tailored to each individual student's needs. Through the online platform Ziteboard, I provide seamless and effective remote learning, allowing me to work with students from different countries. I use a shared screen and Apple Pencil/computer mouse so students can see what I'm writing and I can see their work, providing instant feedback and guidance.

Tutoring Experience

With over 18 years of experience as a Maths teacher, I have developed a deep understanding of the subject and a passion for sharing my knowledge with others. My main focus is on teaching GCSE and A-Level Maths, but I also have experience in teaching Access to HE students, providing a diverse range of educational opportunities for my students.
Throughout my career, I have excelled as a teacher, with most of my lesson observations graded as outstanding. I am proud to have also worked as a Subject Learning Coach, sharing my expertise and supporting other teachers to improve and deliver outstanding lessons.
In addition to my teaching experience, I also work as a team leader for the Edexcel A-Level Maths examinations, providing me with valuable insights into how marks are awarded and how to best prepare students for their exams.
