Nahum

I am Nahum, a PhD student at the University of Southampton (living in Worthing) studying Mathematics and Physics. I have recently graduated from the University of Exeter with a First Class Masters in Natural Sciences, where I was able to pursue my interests in a broad range of Scientific and Mathematical disciplines. I love sharing my deep passion for learning and techniques to form a deep understanding of certain subjects.

Tutoring Experience

Tutoring experience:
- I have taught GCSE Maths and Science.
- I have taught Secondary level Maths and Science.
- I have and am currently teaching University students in Physics and Maths through seminars and one-to-one tutoring.

Other relevant experience:
- Between the ages of 18 and 20 I worked as a carer for the elderly and those recovering from surgeries/illnesses.

Tutoring Approach

I am very calm and patient. I am still studying myself and, therefore, actively applying my learning techniques and understanding how learning is best achieved. My teaching approach is tailored to each student's needs, focusing on understanding each student's thought processes and abilities.
