I am fortunate to have a strong professional background in both IT related areas and in the arts as a painter which allows me to connect with the two sides in an interesting way. Being Maths graduate (BA - degree) gives me the added benefit of being able approach the subject on different levels. I am offering tutoring in both Mathematics and Painting/Drawing at the moment.
As an IT professional I successfully trained others from non-IT background starting from scratch for using a complex system. These people were able to continue using the system confidently within a short space of time.
I tend to work on a 1-2-1 basis treating each person separately depending on their individual personalities and working with their strengths to further enhance their self-confidence if required. This can help with different levels of learning.
