I am an enthusiastic medical student who enjoys teaching the subject. I have previously taught my colleagues as well as students from previous semesters. I have effective presentation skills which can be demonstrated from winning 1st prize for Chemistry A-Level poster presentation and also 1st prize for 3rd year poster presentation- case study of a patient in Keele university.

Tutoring Experience

Besides teaching topics from Medicine, I have previously taught many students - A-Level - Maths, Chemistry, Biology as well as GCSE -Maths, Biology, Chemistry and English. I also have taught students tackling medical school interviews and the aptitude tests.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to teaching is using a hybrid style where I fulfill the student's needs by accommodating to what they require through discussions, explaining concepts differently and asking them relevant questions to check their understanding. I also use a demonstrator style by using powerpoint presentations, mnemonics, exam questions and activities for which they thoroughly understand the concept.
