Tutoring Experience

I have worked in schools as a class teacher for over 10 years now. I have worked with all manner of children and families and feel confident in my ability to build a rapport with children and young adults (which helps them to engage with learning). I am proud of the strategies and teaching style I have developed over the years.

Tutoring Approach

I like to offer my students a varied session where I can engage them fully. I think AFL (assessment for learning) is something I use strategically to tailor every session to the needs of the pupil. I can think on my feet and adapt my teaching immediately to suit the students needs.
