Hi there! I am Nazila and based in Guildford. I currently offer tutoring for physics and math up to Undergraduate level. I have a Mphil degree in Medical Physics from Queen's University of Belfast and I am currently working towards a part-time mobile apps startup.

I have taught math and physics at different levels and have an approachable manner, with the ability to communicate on the students level and put them at ease. I have experience with special educational needs, english as a second language, and working with autism.

Tutoring Approach

My approach to tutoring is to consider every student as an individual and to make learning fun. I have a passion for the subjects that I teach and I try to enthuse my students too. A happy student is a more productive student and I endeavour to make my tutoring sessions a highlight of their week, rather than a chore.
I mainly target what the tutee considers as his/her weaknesses, I provide exercises based on past paper questions as well as revision notes and make sure I monitor their progress with weekly homework. I can also improve a student's exam technique
