I am a caring and patient qualified Primary Teacher with over 7 years classroom experience. I have worked with a wide range of students including those with special educational needs. I have been tutoring since 2018 originally both Face to Face and Online, but since March 2020 I now offer online tuition only which I have found to be most effective for students of all ages. I offer bespoke lessons always tailored the level of work covered to the individual student’s needs. To develop both their self-confidence and attainment levels.

I can offer 1:1 tuition and tuition classes for up to 6 students, according to my clients' needs. Offering tuition for the following ages and subjects:

• Early Years, KS1 and KS2 (Primary-aged children 4 - 11yrs/EYFS - Year 6)
• Transition to Secondary School - for children who lack confidence or have gaps in their learning from their time in Year 6, to enable them to reach their potential in Year 7.
• Year 7

• Maths
• English ( including Phonics, Reading, Handwriting, SPAG and Creative Writing) - - Science.
• Test Preparation - Year 1 - Phonics screening & Year 4 - Time Tables Test
• KS1 & KS2 SATs - for Year 2 and Year 6 Focusing on exam technique, building confidence and covering any areas of the Maths and English curriculum required to enable the child to complete SATS confidently.

I offer 1:1 Tuition and tuition classes for up to 6 students Online using Zoom and bitpaper.

During the first lesson, I assess your child's needs through activities and discussion with yourself and your child. I tailor lessons to the child's needs and to reflect their interests, I like to include games and practical activities whenever possible. I continually assess progress to determine the next steps in their learning.
