Patrycja

Hello! My name is Patrycja, I am a trainee teacher; my specialism is History, however I do have a degree in law and have done tuition of various subjects out of the passion for them.

I am originally from Poland therefore I speak fluent Polish and English. I would be happy to help with anyone doing a Polish GCSE in order to enhance their understanding of the exam itself.

I am an easily approachable person who would be happy to answer any questions you may have!

Tutoring Experience

I have a varied experience in teaching - I was a sports coach from a young age with a speciality in swimming teaching and coaching of varied ages (3 years to adult).

I then continued with some tuition for children whose parents struggled with understanding homework due to the homework being set in another language than the one that they spoke at home.

I have also had the pleasure of being a cover supervisor and teaching assistant with a speciality in the SEND department therefore I have experience with a variety of needs that may impact learning.

I am now completing my training to hopefully become a full time teacher by next summer.

Tutoring Approach

I believe that every student wants to learn and wants to develop, to truly be the best that they can be and there is no shame in needing a little extra help.

I would love the opportunity to help and assess the weaker areas first and then plan a variety of ways that we could tackle those with some extra time that the student wouldn’t normally have in their school hours.

I truly believe that there are various ways of learning and therefore our teaching needs to reflect that pupils learning style and the tuition must be adapted.
