I am qualified Maths teacher with over 20 years teaching experience. Throughout this time as well as teaching Maths to all ability levels across Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level, I have regularly worked with students on a 1 - 1 basis or in small groups, either for intervention purposes or to prepare students for exams.
As well as teaching I am an examiner for four of the main exam boards at both GCSE and A Level.
I am based near Emersons Green and am happy to tutor in the North Bristol/South Glos area and also in other parts of East Bristol, such as the Kingswood/Warmley/Longwell Green area.
20 Years teaching Maths across the 11 - 18 age range and across a wide range of abilities, including students with Special Educational Needs. As well as the usual Maths GCSE and A Level, I have taught the GCSE Statistics, the AQA Level 2 certificate in Further Maths and also some Further Maths modules at A level.
I am based in South Gloucestershire, but for the coming year I will only be tutoring online, using Zoom and teaching using Bitpaper and sharing resources and copies of our online work through OneDrive.
I am always happy to have an introductory meeting with parents and the student to discuss what you wish to achieve before commencing tuition.
Enhanced DBS check and Qualifications can be made available during our first meeting.
