Had a really bad experience with him.

My son is getting help with science and maths in preparation for his GCSE exams. He has only had a few sessions so far but is more than happy wih the help he has received so far.

My daughter is thriving and Paul is enhancing her thought processes, he has positive spin on everything he says by saying "yes" at the end of nearly every sentence spoken provoking a sense of commitment, encouragement and a "can do" attitude from his students

Paul is an extremely knowledgable and dedicated tutor

On first impression- A man approached us on the street and asked our name, without introducing himself. Paul did not know my daughters name or my name for that matter and was a little rude initially, which made me feel uncomfortable leaving my daughter alone with him. I wasn't able to then stay with my daughter so sat outside the house in my car. On collecting my daughter she couldn't leave fast enough. The whole experience was uncomfortable and my daughter was left feeling vulnerable and upset.
We will not be going back and unfortunately it has left a negative effect on her regarding tutors.

I only met Mr once but my great-grandson, Jack, is enjoying his lessons and is making good
progress with his maths

Paul is a fantastic tutor who has helped my son with Mathematics GCSE and Numeracy GCSE (The new exams taught from 2015). We received my sons results today and he has passed them both.
Paul has played an integral part in supporting my son together with his teachers and ourselves. I would recommend Paul and would like him to know we appreciate all his help as couldn't of done it without him. Thank you really grateful. R Davies

Very happy with the tuition that Paul is giving my son. Paul is professional and well organised, planning each session ahead. My son seems to really enjoy his sessions, and comes away more confident each time. Paul's position as an examiner really helps to give the extra information and detail that count in the exam.

Paul has been a fantastic tutor to my son Oliver. My son was written off by his physics teachers at Sixth Form, but Paul managed to pull him up 3 grades (at AS level) - which we are over the moon with. Pauls method of tutoring and his approach to the subject clicked with Oliver straight away and enabled him to quickly understand and embrace the subject in a way that he hadn't previously been able to do.
I would have no hesitation in, highly, recommending Paul to anyone who's child is struggling with physics.

I feel that Paul and my son weren't on the same wavelength, I know that Paul has very good credentials but Jacob found it very difficult to relate to him both verbally and with his written work.

Very helpful, particularly with exam technique which is the area my Son needs to concentrate on. Mr. has the knowledge and experience to deliver a valuable Maths A2 lesson focusing on the main fields required to enable my son, hopefully, to reach a higher grade in the forthcoming exam.

Very satisfied, a highly qualified tutor with a comprehensive understanding of a multitude of subjects, conscious of specific courses and how examinations are marked. Recommended for exam technique and assisting any unique and challenging situations.

Very happy with how the tuition has been tailored to my unique situation, with Paul having the ability and experience to provide a holistic approach. I appreciate being lent books for practice questions and the patience when going through the answers.

All-in-all I am happy with these tutoring sessions

Paul was given a very difficult brief: answer any questions relating to stock market indices, UK tax regime and company accounts without any preparation. Over two very intense five-hour sessions Paul was able to answer all my questions, and also take me step-by-step through tax and accounting which I have never encountered before. He was extremely patient, always happy to go back over something until I understood it, and I would be very happy to recommend him.

Tutorial support has been recently commenced with Paul ( two sessions completed).
He is well organised and efficient . Sound advice was given regarding how to plan the route to support the learner and was appreciated .
Additional work is given to support tutorials.

My 17 year old daughter has missed a term of Maths A1 through illness and has been having 2hrs a week from Mr . She has found him to be very well prepared, knowledgeable and supportive for this tutoring.

Still early days but already Matt is gaining valuable knowledge and always returns from his session with a very positive attutiude. I would have no hesitation in recommending for anyone seeking private tuition.
