Peter's Feedback

My son has loved working with Peter on both Maths and Physics (Higher Level) over a number of months between prelims and final exams. Peter is great to deal with, and very accomodating of our needs - making extra space for additional sessions when time allowed. My son looks forward to his sessions - something which, if you know most teenage boys, is quite remarkable. We are delighted with the progress being made.

I've been working with Peter since October 2022 on the National 5 Chemistry content, as I prepare to study the Higher content at evening class next year.

Working with Peter has been an absolute pleasure. He really knows his stuff and is fantastic at explaining concepts in a way that is easy to understand. He's also very personable, which helps create a relaxed, yet focused learning environment.
I always look forward to our fortnightly lessons, and it’s amazing how much my confidence in the subject has grown since I started working with Peter, despite a 12 year hiatus from any kind of science or maths study!

Peter teaches GCSE Maths/Stats and Triple Science to my twins, splitting the lessons appropriately. He is a very professional tutor knowing the subjects well and with a good rapport. I particularly liked that Peter pre-reviewed the exam board syllabuses, so that his classes were targeted.

Peter helped me with the maths STEP exam, and he was really useful in explaining topic areas that I hadn’t encountered before. He is incredibly punctual and professional, but always come with a plan, as the lessons were most useful was when I had a plan on how to proceed.

Hired Peter for 2 hours of tuition a few weeks back, he was kind enough to give me the first hour for half price, he is also very down to earth and easy to communicate with. Peter helped me prepare for the one remaining outcome I had left for my mechanical engineering course, I got 85% in the test which I did not feel comfortable with prior to this tuition, will begin my HND come August all thanks to Peter, would highly recommend!

Peter has filled in a lot of gaps fpr my son, who was a bit overwhelmed by the Higher Physics course. He seems very knowledgeable, professional and easy to get along with. Certainly a good find!
