Hi! I’m a friendly and approachable tutor with a passion for Physics and Maths. I hold two master’s degrees, including one in Physics, and I currently work as a data scientist, using Maths and Physics every day to solve real-world problems.
I specialize in tutoring secondary school students, focusing on GCSE preparation, building confidence, and helping students achieve their full potential. My sessions make learning interactive and relevant, combining academic concepts with engaging, everyday applications—like exploring forces in sports or bringing statistics to life by looking at numbers in the news or current events.
All lessons are conducted online using platforms like Zoom, G-Meet, or MS Teams, with tools such as interactive whiteboards to make learning effective and fun
Available Time Slots
Here are the times I currently have available for regular weekly lessons:
If one of these slots works for you, feel free to get in touch—I’d be happy to chat about how I can help!
Over the past two years of tutoring, I’ve worked with students at KS3 and GCSE levels, as well as adults exploring Maths and Physics for personal growth. One of my students improved their Physics GCSE grade by two levels (compared to their projected grade) after we simplified problem-solving techniques into clear, manageable steps. A Maths student of mine gained confidence in tackling statistics exam questions they used to avoid.
With my background as a data scientist, I combine a structured approach with relatable examples, making even the most challenging topics understandable and enjoyable.
My sessions are all about you, the student!
I tailor the lesson to your needs, focusing on areas where you need extra support while keeping lessons engaging and interactive.
For example, I like to explain forces and equations of motion by analyzing sports or make statistics meaningful by linking them to numbers we see in news stories or trends.
I also focus heavily on exam preparation, helping students tackle past papers, manage time effectively during tests, and avoid common pitfalls. For teenagers, I work hard to build trust and create a supportive atmosphere where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.
My goal is simple: to make sure every student feels ready, confident, and capable—whether that’s in the classroom, during exams, or beyond.
