I find it is important to get to students to identify their strengths and areas of improvement and then using evidence based research strategies to support student development. I believe in supporting students with collaborative approach to teaching whereby I lay the appropriate foundational knowledge then apply an ‘I do, we do, you do’ teaching approach. I support students to become passionate about their education and develop the courage and desire to be excellent achievers in their education and life in general.
