At the very centre of my interests is to support students through education so that they can be empowered to reach their full potential and contribute to lasting changes in society.
I am an ambitious and optimistic education professional with a real passion and drive to ensure that students can achieve your academic potential. I have a proven track record of success among all students I teach and support. As well as offering tutoring, I am a revision, exams and study skills coach.
Both tutoring and coaching has helped many students know how best to learn and study for their GCSEs, A Levels and thereafter.
I have over 15 years of experience teaching in the education sector. My subject specialism is geography.
With the wealth of teaching expertise, I am able to support many students to have the confidence and ability to gain high grades for their examinations. Within my previous curriculum leadership role, both GCSE and A- Level grades were are above 90% A*-C.
I have also been an examiner for a examination board and previously tutored many students at both A Level and GCSE and for a range of examining boards.
I also have a wealth of experience mentoring and coaching students to support their academic studies this includes: essay support, making effective note takes, effective revision strategies and techniques that help with memory recall, organisation and keeping motivated throughout your studies.
My approach is working with each student and tailoring each session for their needs.
In addition, I ensure that I get to know each student and how best they work. Each session is underpinned by a Study Skills Framework with workbooks and practical advice and study tips to help students achieve top grades in each subject.
When you book, you will receive a FREE discovery call with me where I will ask parents and students where you would like to focus as well as knowing areas of strength and areas for development.
I will ensure that I have ongoing communication with families so that they are aware of student progress.
All materials is both tailored and will be provided for each student.
