I’m a primary school teacher with 18 years experience in both KS1 and KS2. I’ve taught from nursery up to year 6 and am currently a Year 6 teacher, preparing my students for their SATS. My recent lesson observations have got an outstanding grade and I like to tutor children who need that extra support, in order to boost their confidence and attain their targets.

Tutoring Experience

I’ve taught for 18 years both in the UK and taught for 3 years in Australia. I’ve taught from nursery to year 6 so am familiar with the curriculum in both key stages. I’ve taught year 6 and am currently getting my year 6 class ready for their SATS.

Tutoring Approach

I like to teach children in a nurturing manner, boosting their confidence and teaching in a way which suits their needs. I’ve had lesson observations recently and my method of teaching was highly praised as the children were learning in a positive environment which was reflected in the progress made.
