I am a highly experienced fully qualified (PGCE+QTS) Maths teacher with 30 years teaching experience in both English and Chinese mainstream schools. As a GCSE Maths Examiner, I have a deeper understanding of specification and assessment of different exam boards’ syllabus, e.g. Edexcel GCSE/IGCSE, AQA, OCR, IB, CIE Mathematics (Cambridge International Examination).
Tutoring Experience
My specialist knowledge, training background and teaching experience have well prepared me working with wide range of learners from KS1/2 to KS5. I believe everybody can do maths and my strength is helping students to repair learning gaps, practise skills, build up confidence, enjoy maths learning and achieve their best grades in exams, particularly SATS, GCSE/IGCSE, A-level or other numeracy entry tests.
Tutoring Approach
I am available from Monday to Saturday. I only do online tuition.
