I am a skilled and engaging Biology Tutor, with over five years of experience helping students excel in their learning. I specialises in KS3 and GCSE/IGCSE Biology, breaking down complex topics so they are easy to understand.

Tutoring Experience

After achieving A*'s in GCSE and A level Sciences, I went on to complete a Biological Sciences degree from The University of Bristol. Since then, I've had the pleasure of tutoring students from a wide variety of backgrounds, under several different exam boards including AQA, OCR and Edexcel. My students have gone on to achieve 9's in their exams and pass entrance exams for admission into top schools including Cheltenham Ladies College and Dulwich College.

Tutoring Approach

My approach consists of the following:
-Using supportive resources, activities and exam practice to boost confidence and grades.
-Planning lessons in advance to maximize use of sessions, listening to requirements and feedback from students to tailor my approach.
-Evaluating progress and using positive reinforcement to keep my students on track.
