I am a young, patient and sociable mathematician who loves teaching maths just as much as I love to learn it. As someone who received 9s at GCSEs myself as well as being on course to study mechanical engineering at University, I know exactly what's required for top grades. Many students feel maths is just not for them. I'm here to tell you that is most definitely not the case. Maths is for everyone, it just depends on being taught it from the right perspective. With me, you will learn to love maths just as much as me.

Tutoring Approach

For GCSE students, the focus is heavily on exam skills and preparing for your upcoming ever-so close exams. Many students find the content they cover in lessons easy but when it comes to exams, its as if they've never seen a problem like the one in front of them before. With me you will learn how to develop your mathematical intuition and exam skills so that answering exam questions becomes second nature and when you see the next exam problem, you will know what to do even before you have started answering.
For students below that level, the focus will be on developing a comprehensive understanding of mathematical concepts as well as consolidating previously learnt concepts.
