Well informed, disciplined but friendly… An excellent tutor.

Rafia has been helping my son with Math for the last few weeks. She is clear with her feedback which helps both my son and me to understand the areas that need more work. She plans her lessons according to the abilities of the pupil.

A very honest person that tries her very best to produce resources that are well detailed and that match the specification. Very skilled in the teaching and can give feedback to improve by being honest.

Rafia has helped my daughter’s understanding of maths and developed her confidence. She explains concepts clearly, supported by various strategies and resources. Rafia has a calm and patient manner. She has been accommodating with tutor times and maintains regular contact.

Really like the way she tutors and very patient and explain well my son enjoys it aswell

We have only had three tutoring sessions so far, today's will be the forth.
We have found Rafia to be polite and accommodating.
Rafia presents as being very knowledgeable in Maths and at understanding Georgia's level and capability.

Georgia does have dyslexia, so it is very important that the tutor goes at Georgia's pace, she really needs her confidence building and needs to feel confident that she can ask the tutor to slow down and/or ask for it to be explained again, it is more about pacing it and not rushing it.
It's early days and it takes a little to build a rapport .

My child is very satisfied with teaching methods of Rafia. I have found an organised, highly professional and reliable tutor in her.

Really thorough explanations and is very approachable. She is able to work slowly and help build your knowledge up as well as making sure you are understanding everything and communicates really well. Would definitely recommend to others.

Rafia is an excellent teacher, she helped greatly boost the confidence and knowledge of my son (Yr9)in Mathematics and Chemistry, she is nothing short of great when it comes to assesing the individual needs of a student and where they can improve, I highly reccomend her to anyone out there struggling with grades.

Rafia is so nice, and is such a good teacher!! She’ll make sure you understand before moving on and explain in a different way if you don’t plus she always sends you the presentation she’s used and relevant exam questions after each session.

Since my daughter has started with Rafia she has had more confidence in her maths work, she is happy with Rafia teaching and we are hopeful that she will get grades she wants in her GCSE with Rafia help.

Tutoring with Rafia has been great for content revision and providing materials for further studying! Definitely makes me feel more confident in Biology knowledge.

Only 3 weeks in but my daughter is very happy with Rafia's teaching supportive style.

She is a good teacher but only for the children who are already in certain level! If any child is struggling then she finds it hard to handle them but instead labels them as a special needs! I had to take my son to her place for the tutoring as it was my first time and I found her too loud .Her surrounding where she gives the lessons was too disturbing as the computer was beeping every 5 minutes and her answering her phone added it all up for the child to get distracted the lessons!

Excellent tutor, very lucky to have her help me with my studies.

Just started Maths with Rafia 3 weeks ago and has already built a rapport with my son.
He has started to enjoy the benefits of having regular tutoring sessions and with encouragement from Raffia completing his homework

Rafia has been very good indeed. Excellent communication and organisation. As a teacher she was very quick to work out my son's needs and organised a style of teaching to make the most of the sessions. She was always very well prepared and he has been very satisfied with the sessions. I would recommend Rafia for tutoring A level chemistry.

Rafia is very good and reliable teacher.

Studying A-Level Chemistry; only had 2 lessons but finding them useful. Nice not to have to make my own notes throughout the session, but get given the notes to take home to work on. Good use of variety of resources to teach from.

Rafia is very thorough and makes sure that Callum understands the topic. We only wish we had come sooner !

We are now on our fourth lesson so it is early days to give feedback. However I
can certainly say that Rafia has been very helpful and flexible in her approach. It seems to work well having the tutorials at her house and she is very accommodating.
My daughter seems to be finding the tutorials very helpful for her Physics GCSE preparation.

very good tutor- is teaching my son well

Good tutor, helped with Biology AS and A Level. Makes clear concise notes on any aspect of course.

I'm not very confident with science and I didn't understand a lot of topics in science while at school. But since taking lessons with Rafia I have understood the topics more and I can now revise them better with the notes and explanations that I get. Tuition with Rafia has Definitely helped me for my upcoming exams.

I am very pleased with the A Level Chemistry tuition that you are giving my daughter Kirsty, her confidence is growing as she says she gets alot out of the one to one lessons she has with you. Working with Rafia has helped me a lot, there were quite a few things that I didn't understand but now i'm fairly confident with tackling those questions. I enjoy her method of teaching as it has allowed me to understand things more clearly and quickly and i am grateful for her time. The hours are definitely well spent!

With Rafia's help I could see my grades and my confidence in biology go up almost imediately. Each lesson is well planned in advance so when it comes to the session I know what I am about to get and I can bend the content around my strenghs and weaknesses in a given topic. Rafia explains things really well and now with my exams in January I have high hopes for what I can achieve thanks to the help Rafia has given me.

The tutor was limited to the times of availability due to childcare. After struggling to find a time that suited us both, we are now happy with the arrangement. The tutor is very good at her teaching method. My daughter is happy so far.

Rafia has been coaching my son James for A level biology for a few weeks.She has been very reliable keeping in regular contact with James to arrange tutor sesions. At each sesion she has gone into a lot of extra detail and given James a set of notes to cover each topic.I definately recomend her to others

I feel very comfortable being tutored by Rafia and as she tutors in her own home she has all her excellent resources to hand.
