Hi! My name is Winner. I’m a final year Applied Mathematics undergraduate at Imperial College London. I studied in Thailand (my home country) until Year 7 when I moved to England, where I have been studying ever since. I can teach mathematics up to A-Level (Further Maths included), and conversational English (EFL).
In my spare time, I do Olympic fencing (sabre specifically) and play videogames.
No formal experience - however, I have informally tutored fellow students, and been involved in outreach events where I have been a teaching assistant.
My main focus is on the understanding of the content rather than the marking points in exam papers, as I believe that with a solid understanding of the material obtaining the marking points will flow naturally. I try to approach problems from different angles to find methods best suited for each particular student, and take as much time as needed for a student to understand a concept.
